New Computer and prayer needs

So we finally broke down and got a new computer.  A lap top at that!  The kids love it especially Clay.  He loves to get on PBS kids and play all the games.  I am amazed at all the things that he is learning.  He really likes to play word world and is learning all kinds of word and letter sounds.

We are in need of some major prayers right now.  Some I will not mention as the Lord knows them.  I am struggling with training of the children.  I read the book To Train Up a Child.  It was recommended by a friend and was a great book.  What I am having problems with is consistency with the training.  Some times I am just so tired I am ready to give up and give in.  Please pray for my strength in this matter.  Thanks

Rayleigh is finally trying to walk.  Only a few steps at a time but it is a start and Clay is loving it.  He will stand a few steps a way from her and cheer her on.  Sometimes she will get so tickled that she falls down with laughter.  I thing she is the the one of the bunch that likes to laugh the most.  All of the older kids are always trying to get her to laugh.

Homemade bread

I have found a wonderful recipe for homemade white bread.  I have been fixing it so much lately that I thing my husband is getting tired of it.  I am not at home right now but will  publish the recipe soon.

New Computer

I so need a new computer!  I would love to post on my blog more but my computer died and we have not been able to get a new one.  UGH!  I am currently using a friends now because I can't figure out how to post from my phone.  I guess if I gave it to my oldest daughter she would probably have it figured out in no time.  Anyway until another day!

Me and Madison

It's 11:30 pm and me and Madison are just sitting her looking at stuff on the computer.  She didn't know I had a blog so I showed it to her.  Now she is excited and wanted me to post something.  So what do I post Madison?

My pregnency is going slow and uncomfortable.  I have contractions all the time along with pain.  Having to take medication to control both of these.  We hope to get 4-5 more weeks out of this pregnancy.  I will be 35 weeks then and thats when all 3 of my other kids were born.  So please pray for us.

Also pray for Clay, he has started biting people for no reason and it gets everyone upset.  For some reason he likes to bite Jacob and my step daughter Madison more than anyone.

My oldest daughter Madison is 12 years old now and getting more beautiful every day.  (and moody!)

blessed day

Today has been a very good day.  Madison started cheerleading tryouts and states she did well.  Me and Clay shared a bowl of strawberries and cream which ended up in whipped cream fight.  I loved it.

Now a stay at home mom

Last Friday was my last day to work outside the home.  I am on my fourth day at home and still trying to figure out a routine.  It has been joyful so far.  The only problem is that my 2 oldest kids continue to argue.  This drives me crazy but many people tell me this is normal.  I hope they grow out of it soon.
